With the aim of illustrating a user-driven social media-based intervention designed to promote engagement and long-term recovery in youth mental health, we briefly describe the MOST model. This strategic use of digital tools ensures that peer networks remain vibrant, accessible, and inclusive for all participants.
These steps help create a resilient peer support network, maintaining active involvement despite digital challenges. Creating interest-based groups or themed conversations can attract participants with common motivations. The findings in this current study indicate that combined formats for peer support groups enabled options that can represent a valuable resource in recovery-oriented services. In efforts to leverage the respective strengths of peer support groups in combined online and offline formats, some issues are worth attention.

To counteract this, regular activity prompts, varied interaction formats, and recognition of contributions can sustain motivation and foster ongoing involvement in the network.
